Great food and attentive, well-trained front of house. Expect an average of 50 for three courses, without drinks. Food is presented with thought and care. The balance of flavours in each dish was considered with expertise. Perfectly seasoned.

I had a spa day booked with lunch at Adams and I can confirm it was very pleasant. The waitress welcomed me and provided with all the information about our food. Food came pretty quickly, maybe portion was a bit too small but tasty.

Cannot fault it at all. All the staff we dealt with were very friendly and accomadating. They were great with recommendations, even offered something not on the all day menu to help. It's nice to see people who enjoy what the doo. The food was great I had a lovely Sunday roast. The portion was generous, the meat tender and cooked to perfection and to potatoes and veg were tasty. I would 100% go back again and highly recommend it. The only thing I would say the actual grounds could be sign posted a little better as we got a bit confused.

You only live once, and although some people would say this restaurant and Luton Hoo are very expensive you go for the quality of food, service and surroundings. However, another very important element is the staff and beyond doubt the way we were treated was exemplary. I would like to mention Sharon who was our waitress at the Brasserie and was also present at breakfast. She is an asset to your business!

A great brasserie with covered heated outdoor seating or a beautiful interior with booths and tables. A great selection of well cooked dishes with fresh local produce, great flavours and decent portions. The steak was one of the next we've had and the spring chicken was outstanding. Leave room for dessert! Great selection of drinks, there was ample Champagne flowing and we were there on a Monday! Adam's is great for both a casual lunch or an indulgent group dinner. Some of the photos are of Room service dishes we had delivered including seared tuna and asparagus with parmesan.

Had a meal with family of 4, very welcoming, service was exceptional, very attentive, helpful and polite. Menu was small, but food was excellent, drinks catered towards good alcohol options, not much choice for soft drinks. Extra hat's off to our waiter, Cole, who helped make our evening as enjoyable and comfortable as it was

We had a lovely lunch on a Wednesday. Not busy but a good atmosphere. Booth seating available which was cosy. The two ladies serving us were friendly and efficient. We had the 5 small plates for 35 , which were tasty and large. All the food came out hot and well presented. Loved it! Unfortunately no signage where at Luton Hoo the restaurant is situated . It was pot luck we found it by the golf/ club house.
